(Q3) Windows: Quicktime 5+ is not installed properly

This error message does not just relate to the version of QuickTime but also the type of installation performed. The first step is to reinstall the latest version of QuickTime. This is available at:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

When installing QuickTime directly from Apple (as opposed to directly off your Terry 2 CD) you will be offered a minimum, recommended, full or custom install. In order for Terry 2 to function correctly a "Recommended" installation of QuickTime must be completed.

If you are producing a build image for your school PCs and it already contains a custom installation of QuickTime, make sure to include all the components marked "Recommended" by Apple (especial involving QuickTime images).
