Kudlian Software Limited provides software products and peripherals to the education, business and home user markets and is committed to ensuring that your privacy and information is protected and will continue to strive to do so and update our systems and policies in line with changes in requirements to Data Protection.

Through our commercial activities, we collect and use information about our customers and contacts and by submitting your information you consent to the use of your information by us in the following ways;

          •We collect data from you if you supply your information via an online form found on our website. These include but are not limited to: 

          •When you sign up to our mailing list

          •When you request support for one of our applications

          •When you purchase a product or service

          •When you register a product or service through our website.

Mailing List

          •Kudlian Software Limited uses a third party service; MailChimp (read privacy policy and terms of use). The data is stored on secure MailChimp servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA).

          •We ask for a full name, email address and School or establishment Name, if applicable, when signing up to our mailing list.

          •The information you provide will be used to email you a newsletter and updates about our products, updates, offers, resources and information.

          •We will never supply your information to third parties.

          •You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time via a link which is clearly displayed in the email.

Customer and Contact Management Systems

Kudlian Software Limited keeps track of people who have purchased, and enquire about, the products and services that we provide by storing their details in FFCMS. The secure database is encrypted and stored on a servers maintained by Namesco within the EEA. (read privacy policy and terms of use)

Your details will only be added to this system if you;

          2Register your product online

          3Contact us with a request for support or help

          4Register an account through FFCMS

          5We have a conversation (either in person, via email or social media) about our business.

The details that we store on FFCMS include; Contact Name, email, Job Title, phone number, name of school or company, address,  Local Authority, Education Phase, social media links, website, IT Contact email address and Notes that may include details of conversations. Access to this information is only permitted to the Account holder and certain staff working for Kudlian Software Limited and is fully password protected. The data will never given out to third parties.

Registering a Software Licence

For your convenience, we ask that you register your software licence code with us online . We use a third party service for this, JotForm and the data is stored on secure servers in the EEA. (JotForm privacy policy and terms of use).

We ask for Contact Name, Email Address, Product Title, Type of Licence,  these fields are required. In addition we also ask for a Postal Address, Contact Phone Number, Date Purchased, Purchased from, these are not mandatory fields.

•The information supplied can be used by us to verify and supply you with your licence code should you lose it.

          •The information you provide will be added to our mailing list as detailed on the form. Please see above.


Other Websites and their Privacy Policies

Kudlian Softwares website may contain links to external websites managed and maintained by external companies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, cookie policies or the content of such websites or of other third parties.


Your Rights

You have a number of rights regarding your personal data. They are applicable at any time and are as follows;

•You can ask us to remove your personal data at any time, however some data may need to retained in order to comply with HMRC regulations.

          •You are free to ask us how we are using your data

          •You may request that your personal data is corrected if you believe it is incorrect

          •You may correct your own data at any time if you have registered and account through FFCMS

          •You may request a copy of your personal information which we hold about you

We may need to validate such a request before we can action any request.
